Shipping Information

Shipping varies depending on where in the world you are ordering. Please see the below shipping methods, times and prices to know when you can expect your order.

EU orders

All prices on our site are inclusive of European Union value added tax (VAT) for shipments within the EU at the prevailing rate where applicable. Occasionally shipments may be held by your local customs authority for assessment. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier if this occurs.

International orders

International shipments outside of the European Union may incur additional import duty or local sales tax which will be presented at checkout. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments. Occasionally shipments may be held by your local customs authority for assessment. Please keep hold of your tracking information, you will be notified by the courier if this occurs.

US orders

A single order valued at US$800 or above will result in a custom duty. Customers are responsible for US duties, taxes and fees that may be due under US law. Please refer to the US Tariff Act of 1930 (“Section 321”) for more information.

Sale orders

During sale periods, please expect some delays in shipping orders. Your order may take up to 5 working days longer than our usual shipping times.



Returns Information

Orders placed on youmustcreate.com are eligible for return within 28 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags, and in unaltered condition. We do not offer exchanges.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using an insured service with tracking.

UK Returns

We provide a free online returns service for all UK customers using the Royal Mail portal. Please include a completed returns form enclosed in your package. To generate a free returns label/QR code, please register your return and fill in information about your package below:

Information on your return will be emailed to you by Royal Mail including your QR code for printerless returns. Please retain your post office receipt as proof of return and allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once this has been received by our warehouse.

You can also drop off a return to one of our London stores to be sent to us for processing, however, please note that your return will take slightly longer to process and the quickest and most effective way is to send it directly to us using the Royal Mail free returns service.

If you are returning to a store, please ensure you package up your return as you would if returning by mail. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for online orders in our stores at this time.

EU & International Returns

Please include a completed returns form enclosed in your package and clearly mark the goods as ‘GB RETURNED GOODS’ where required on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs alongside any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur.
